Before The Brand Blueprint

Roberts Studio Design was five years in with a beautiful body of work and no clear way to talk about it. The interiors were stunning, but it wasn’t obvious who they were for, how the process worked, or why this kind of design mattered to the right client. On top of that, a big shift from equal partners to a single founder left Ariel holding everything - delivery, vision, and the weight of what came next. There was no real map for where she wanted to take the studio next. A lot was working, but it was held together in her head.

We used the move from partnership to solo founder as a clean starting line, rebuilding the studio around her voice and point of view.     We begin with a 30-minute discovery call where you walk me through your business - what’s working, what isn’t, why you started this, and what’s currently on your plate.

    After the call, I send a Brand Audit + Action Plan that outlines why those problems are happening and how Good Bones can help, along with onboarding so you know exactly what to expect.

    Week 1 - Identity, Strategy, and Goals (Deep Work)

    We go into your brand identity, brand strategy, and core goals.

    You’ll work through guided questions and reflection. We then have a 1:1 strategy call to unpack your answers and connect the dots.

    Week 2 - Brand World, Marketing, and Content System

    Once the foundation is set, we map your customer journey, offers, and marketing.

    We then build a practical content plan and calendar around your goals and capacity.

    Day 15 - Deliverables and Final 1:1

    One last strategy call to walk through the system, refine language, and make sure it fits how you actually work.
